Refund & Return Policy

At Infightstyle Canada, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns & Defective Items

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Defective items that are unused and unworn may also be returned. However, return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility.

🚫 Ineligible Returns:

  • Items returned without original packaging and/or tags cannot be accepted.
  • Sale, clearance, collaboration, and fundraiser items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Orders made with a promo code are eligible for store credit only.

📅 Return Timeframe:

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the shipment date.
  • All return packages must be shipped with tracking and insurance, at the expense of purchaser. If an item is lost during return shipping, we cannot provide a refund.

Refunds

💰 How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

💲 What is Refundable:

  • The purchase price of the item, including taxes, will be refunded.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including for defective items.

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • All orders from Infightstyle Canada are tracked and insured up to $100 by Canada Post or other carrier - UPS - Purolator.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, Canada Post only covers up to $100—orders over $100 will not be fully reimbursed.
  • Infightstyle Canada does NOT cover refunds for lost or stolen packages.

🔄 Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for items returned via mail.
  • If you return an order that originally qualified for free shipping ($200 CAD minimum before taxes), and your return causes the total to drop below this threshold, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Processing & Shipping

📅 Order Processing Time:

  • 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

🚚 Shipping Times:

  • Shipping times are estimated by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, customs clearance, or other factors.

📍 Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for delays.

🚨 Important Shipping Notes:

  • Incorrect Address: If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for missing or undelivered orders. We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect address submissions.
  • Duties & Taxes: Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.
  • Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to purchase a tracked shipping label from Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator and send back to the stated address above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
