🚨 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

📦 Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days from the order date excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following week.

🚚 Shipping Information:

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking or other available service.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for delays once an order has left our warehouse.

🕒 Shipping Delays May Occur Due To:

  • Public holidays, peak seasons, and major festivals (e.g., Christmas)
  • Customs processing and international regulations
  • Carrier-related delays (e.g., strikes, disruptions, or natural occurrences)

🌍 Duties & Taxes:

  • Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for import duties or taxes on international orders.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges set by their country’s customs office.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of shipment.
  • Defective items that are unused and unworn may be returned, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

🚫 Ineligible Returns:

  • Items returned without original packaging and/or tags will not be accepted.
  • Sale, clearance, collaboration, and fundraiser items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders made with a promo code are eligible for store credit only.

🔄 Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges on items returned via shipped mail.

📦 Return Shipping Requirements:

  • All returns must be sent via tracked and insured mail.
  • Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • To ensure coverage, contact your postal service about insurance options for your return.

💰 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds cover the product price and applicable taxes—original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your return causes your order total to drop below the free shipping minimum ($200 CAD before taxes), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
